Wally the Bugbear
A snot-nosed teenage bugbear, Junior Grub Scout of the Hobgoblin Dominion of Hashara, and the first player character I have run in five years.
For the first time in five years I am on the other side of the screen: not running the campaign, not voicing a thousand and one NPCs, but playing one character. Wally is a bugbear, a teenager by his people's reckoning, and a Junior Grub Scout of the Hobgoblin Dominion of Hashara. He is a shaman with a deep connection to nature and almost no connection to the concept of personal space.
He has been drawn more than any other character at the table, which is what happens when the DM finally gets to play. The related art below is the running record; the portrait at the top of this post is the first proper one.
