The Agdaron campaign

The long-running campaign that gave the world its name. Who sat at the table, where the story went, and the ups and downs that are still argued about.

The first campaign in Agdaron ran for years, long enough that the map got redrawn twice and the party outlived a couple of villains who were supposed to be the whole plot.

What I want to write down here is the story as it was actually played, rather than the one I planned: the mid-game session where the players stopped following the quest board, the shopkeeper who was meant to have one scene and became the party's moral compass, and the natural twenty at the worst possible moment. Those are the bits anyone still brings up.
